All prices are listed in USD and we have an option to view it in your currency. If your payment card uses a different currency, your bank or card provider will automatically apply the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.
5. Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to change the shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout before confirming your order.
6. How long does shipping take, and how can I track my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link to monitor your package’s journey. The usual delivery is with in 10-14 working days.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.
7. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We want you to love your jewelry! If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
